• User: Any person using the platform (drivers, parking space owners, administrators).
• Reservation: Automatically confirmed booking of a parking space via the system.

The system also includes the administrative backend used by officers to manage operations.

User Registration and Account

• Users must register with accurate personal, vehicle, and contact details.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Accounts may be suspended or terminated if false or misleading information is provided.

Use of the Platform

• Use of the platform must be lawful and authorized.
• Owners must provide truthful information about their parking spaces, including images, locations, and pricing.
• Drivers must respect booking timelines and follow reservation terms.

Reservation and Payment Terms

• All reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The system currently uses currency point transactions, with future support for digital payments.
• Reservations are confirmed based on availability and verification.
• Cancellations and no-shows may affect a user's standing in the system.

Admin Fees

• For Owners: A 2% admin fee is deducted from each withdrawal request.
• For Drivers: A 2% admin fee is added to the total price of every booking made through the system.

Platform Rights and Limitations

• The system may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without notice.
• Users must not interfere with operations or attempt unauthorized access.

Parking Space Owner Responsibilities

• Owners must ensure listed spaces are safe, accessible, and operational.
• Fraudulent or misleading listings may be removed, and the owner's account suspended.
• Owners can edit their parking space listings.

Liability Disclaimer

Parking Solutions is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or accidents occurring at listed parking spaces. The system acts only as a facilitator between users and parking space owners. Any disputes must be resolved between the involved parties.

Data Privacy

By using the system, users consent to the collection and processing of their data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Conduct

• Do not use the system for fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Do not disrupt others' use of the platform.
• Do not use bots or scripts to access the platform.

Termination

• Users may request account deletion at any time.
• Accounts may be terminated for violating terms or suspected fraud.
